CAMP

Talent ID Birth years 2012 (13 - 14yrs)

Cowes Enterprise College

The session will begin with a short introduction before players move into a carousel of three football skill stations. Each station will focus on key technical elements of the game such as ball mastery, passing and receiving, and decision making in tight areas. Players will rotate through all three stations, giving them the opportunity to demonstrate their technical ability, work rate, and attitude across a variety of practices. Following the carousel, players will take part in one hour of small-sided games, allowing them to apply the skills from the practices into realistic match scenarios. These games are designed to encourage creativity, teamwork, and confident decision making in game situations. Throughout the session, players will be observed by members of the England FA Talent ID team, who will be present to support the event and identify players who may show potential. Where appropriate, players may be signposted towards future opportunities and events within the talent pathway. This event also represents a unique opportunity for players on the Isle of Wight, offering access to a Talent ID experience that has not previously been possible without travelling across the Solent. The aim is to help inspire the next generation of female footballers on the island, providing them with the chance to showcase their ability in a positive, high-quality football environment.
